Hire one artist (or a few) to completely make over your party animals with balloon art and face painting.

One artist can paint and twist about 10-12 kids per hour. We typically have a 1.5 hour minimum unless you are hiring 2 people or have a small group. 

We do have discounted package rates for two artists.
